We want your sales experience to be as positive as possible so please be sure to read our policies, terms and conditions for doing business.  If you have any special concerns or considerations please communicate them in writing and we will address any of these issues as promptly as possible in writing.  Stratagé Guitars assures you we will make every effort to deliver an instrument that meets or exceeds your expectations.

IN STOCK ORDERS

• You must be at least 18 years of age to order.
• Prepaid only (Credit Card, Money Order, Personal Check*) as per the following schedule

• Your Order will be shipped within 1-5 business days, all instruments are Set-Up and reinspected prior to shipment.
• Insurance is included in the Shipping Charges
• No Risk satisfaction guaranty.  You may return your instrument selected from our Stock  within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise for a full refund or exchange.  You will only be responsible for freight charges. 
• Just follow this simple and fair process;

1. An RMA will be required (please request via email or phone 352-410-6876).
2. The merchandise must be returned in its original pristine condition, with original packaging, with all accessories, documentation, and print out of RMA form. The RMA number should be prominently displayed on the shipping carton.
3. Upon our receipt and inspection by us you will promptly receive your refund as per your payment method.
4. In the event the returned merchandise is not pristine and complete a restocking charge of not less than 20% may be deducted from your refund.  In almost all cases a full refund is provided.

• You may cancel your order at any time up to the shipping date.  If we have already shipped just request an RMA when you receive the instrument.
  
• Clearance Special Sales and Final Sales merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit only will be issued for these items.  A restocking charge of not less than 20% may be charged for items returned incomplete and/or damaged.
• All Stratagé Guitars to include, Clearance, Special Sales and Final sales items come with a lifetime limited parts and labor warranty effective the date of purchase.  Used or previously owned instruments are warrantied for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. See Warranty Card shipped with the instrument.
• The Warranty Card must be filled out and returned with proof of purchase (POP) within 10 days of receipt of your instrument.  POP is  required only if your instrument was purchased from an Authorized Stratagé Dealer.
• Due to the natural variations in the woods and the high degree of hand work used to create your Stratagé Guitar we cannot guarantee the grains and finished color of the instrument you receive will be exactly as the photographic reproductions on this website or other printed reproductions depicting the instruments.  You may wish to request a photo of an in stock instrument you are ordering and we will be happy to provide it along with the serial number of the instrument.  Rest assured we always make every effort to provide a well crafted and handsome instrument to you.  We also perform QA inspection on every instrument before it leaves the factory.  Your Stratagé guitar is built by a team that stays with the instrument form the date of order to the date of shipment.  You can find their names on your certificate of authenticity included with every Stratagé Guitar.
• Use of your personal check requires we wait for it to clear our bank.  This will delay the start and/or shipment of your order.  In the event a check is returned by the bank all applicable fees will be billed to the customer and must be paid before shipment and order commencement.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

• Overseas orders are FOB USA - all duties, taxes, tariffs and relevant shipping charges are entirely the buyers responsibility.  Overseas orders are Final Sales and may not be returned for refund.  For certain countries we are unable to accept Credit Cards therefore in these cases payment must be by Guarantied Instrument or Wire Transfer only.  Please inquire directly or email.
•  In the event of an exchange request all freight and duty charges (return and replacement shipment) are the buyers responsibility subject to the terms and conditions above.

CUSTOM SHOP ORDERS

•  Prepaid only (Credit Card, Money Order, Personal Check) as per the following schedule

1. 50% upon ordering
2. Remaining balance (50% plus any applicable charges) upon shipment.

• Insurance is included in the Shipping Charges.
• You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 7 business days after the date of order.
• Cancellation of your Custom Shop Order beyond the 7 day period may result in a 20% restocking / shop charge deducted from your pre-paid deposit.  Sorry no exceptions.
• Your Custom Shop order is typically 36 weeks from date of order however it may take more than 36 weeks to complete depending on the options selected and our current work load.  We make every effort to deliver your instrument as quickly as possible and maintain our best in class quality standards.
• Modifications or Change Orders may not be possible depending on where we are in the build process.  We will accommodate you whenever possible however the changes must be in writing.  Changes will add delay to the completion and shipment of your order and may increase the original price quoted.
  
• No Risk Exchange Policy - You may request an exchange within 10 business days of receipt of your Custom Shop Order.  Just follow this simple and fair process;

1. Request via email an Exchange RMA
2. Return the instrument within 5 business days after receipt of Exchange RMA.
3. Return the instrument in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.  The Exchange RMA number should be prominently displayed on the shipping carton.
4. Upon our receipt and inspection we will issue you a full credit towards another instrument of your choosing.
5. Only credit for an exchange instrument will be issued.  Sorry no refunds on Custom Shop Orders once the order has been completed..
6. In the event your return for exchange is not in like new condition and/or incomplete a refurbishing fee of not less than 20% may be charged.
7. We will ship the exchange instrument to you at no charge (if within the contential US) however return shipping and Insurance for the instrument being sent to us for exchange is the customers responsibility.

• Please be advised your exchange Custom Shop order may take as much time or more than your original order to complete.  Rest assured we will endeavor to turn your exchange order around as quickly as possible.
• You may also opt for an in stock instrumentl of equal or lessor value.  In this case we will refund the difference if you choose a lessor expensive instrument or charge only the difference in the event the exchange instrument selected is more expensive.
